Since they are by the same author, they have the equal amount of good action, as well as good animation to match up with them. The not-so-good male protagonist is also included, also with many hot girls to light up the scene. Of course, the amount of fanservice is about the same, although Air Gear is toned down a lot more
From the same guy(Oh! GREAT) who also made Air Gear, Tenjou tengen, show's you the deepness of the martials arts.
Plot is the same type, the main character starts weak and will eventually grow stronger and stronger and attract to much attention from opposing facions, the fight for freedom will develop so much that the world will depend on it.
Fanservice is incluid has well, of course, as expected of Ogureto-sensei.

These are both based on different manga by the same artist/mangaka. They're both shonen battle anime, one is martial arts and one is considered "sports", although it's a fictitious sport based on rollerblading. They both have a nice art style and interesting premise. They also both have great characters and character designs. They both also have the same drawback, being only one season long and not continuing long enough to animate their entire source material, and so remain unfinished in a sense.
