Nagasarete Airantou is probably the ecchi version of Seto no Hanayome. Pick up both if you love the perpetual thrill in hyper love comedy.
I was thinking Nagasumi and Ikuto were interchangable throughout my watching. They both give off a similar vibe as well just from character similarities. To top it off, both are humor induced animes.
They both have a similar style of comedy in facial expression and just plain random romance/ comedy! I find both shows hilarious and rather good!

These are hilarious comedies that take place in a mermaid/island background with lots of girls all chasing after the male protagonist. Both have their own redundancy: nose bleeding or ill-treating. I'll let you guess which gets which :)
If you enjoyed this anime, you'll enjoy Nagasarete Airantou, Set no Hanayome has more comedy than Nagasarete, but Nagasarete has it's funny parts too, they both have romance, and they are both enjoyable to watch to kill some time.
Both Nagasarete Airantou and Seto no Hanayome have similar art and comedy romance as well!! when I was watching Nagasarete Airantou, its comedy-romance and art made me remember of Seto no Hanayome....
they have the same humor and they both tell a complicated but really funny love story
Similar art, characters and humor. If you liked SnH, you will like NA too, and vica versa.
The only difference between these two is that seto is less ecchi otherwise the comedy/romance is apparent in both animes.

Seto no Hanayome and Nagasarete Airantou are two anime that take any serious story line and throw it out the window, Starting off by forcing their MC into a dire situation that has crazy twists and turns that are generally funny to watch as their situation gradually gets more and more life threatening. Neither of these shows care that they don't make any sense and its that innovation that makes each a very enjoyable watch
Both are very good series in what has comedy is concerned, they share a relationship with the animation and the surrealism of the comedies of that time. Despite being considered one of them in the genre ecchi, does not focus on that subject for its appeal.
