Both of the main heroine has a thing for other countries especially blond hair. Kiniro Mosaic is a school setting while Blend S is a working atmosphere but they are not too far away from the comedy genre.
Maika and Shinobu, the protagonists of each series, are a big fan of foreign countries, especially in their love for blonde hair. The settings are different (school vs working place) but both series deliver comedy wise in both fun moments and cute ones.

Almost all female cast, a good slice of life show with similar comedy and sense of humor.
Main girl is obsessed with foreign culture and with European ethnic people, Maika and Shinobu have a high degree of attraction to blondes like Dino from Italy and Alice from the UK. Also the blondes have quite a love for Japanese culture and Japanese people.
The twin tails girls are tsunderes, though Ayaya of Kiniro Mosaic is a true tsundere while Kaho personifies one, are in love with the more serious person of the group, Yoko of KinMoza and Akizuki of Blend S, respectively, who also have crushes on their others. Both have a lot of problems to express their feelings to each other.
