Both shows are developed involving a western girl and her love for Japanese culture. The two main characters, Hana and Naru in Hanayamata and Alice and Shino in Kiniro Mosaic create a big bond between them. Cute girls doing cute things done right. Also, both shows have sweet and heart warming situations.
