Both (Manga and all seasons included) have a similar story line. Both have amazing antagonists and protagonists (where you can really root for either side) and both have great writing.

Getting back. Attack on Titan and Dorohedoro is similar in the aspects of a world full of chaos, whether it be slicing up titans or magicians.
Attack on Titan follows humanity's humiliation of being trapped within the walls due to the titans outside, leading to Eren joining the Survey Crops in what awaits a great sacrifice for humanity. Dorohedoro is slightly different in Kaiman having a problem with his head after it had been changed into a lizard.
Both are good anime featuring a good amount of action for if that is what you please, though Attack on Titan contains military, Dorohedoro is indecipherably crazy and comedic.

Both action heavy shows. Dorohedoro has a really great story and they have already set up a 2nd season so why not start watching now.

Both the series are set in a cruel, gruesome and mysterious world with unique characteristics. The immersive worldbuilding is a common benefactor which drives both of the series. Furthermore, the focus on mysterious themes is something you would see in both of these series. Dorohedoro, just as Shingeki no Kyojin has a gloomy and dark art style with dynamic fight choreography and camera movement.
