Both animes talk about those questions. Attack on Titan may do it a bit later.
One of them takes the concept of "demon", and the other one the concept of "titan", but they are involved in a similar way.

Attack on Titan and Devilman Crybaby have monsters that trying to destroy the human race and both a emotional teenage boy that must project the Earth from evil. The main character in both of these anime have struggle to preserve their humanity in order to save the Earth. Not to mention these anime are filled with action, violence, blood and gore.
