Both are anime set in a unique world, with a military style to them, as we follow young people in the midst of a war of sorts.
Tanya the evil is set in an alternate world, on the verge of starting world war one, similar to our own, but magic technology, and mages exist in this world, fighting in the war. We followa very young girl, who is one of the strongest forces fighting in the war.
Attack on titan follows people who are fighting back against giant humanoid man-eating creatures

-Both are about fighting in the military
-The girl mcs are half japanese and half german
-Both are quite violent but Aot is much more gory and bloody than Youjo Senki.
-Both have an overall dark theme but aot is more dramatic and depressing
-The characters can move around with special equipment that are similar in some ways
