Made to wander the world, with nowhere else to go to. The fallen elites Ashitaka and Hyakkimaru both see themselves in this situation.
Princess Mononoke's Ashitaka has been made to leave his tribe for a cure where he embarks on an unprecedented mythical journey in what the forest can offer. Dororo follows victimized Hyakkimaru on a journey to get his body back after it was taken from him in an exchange his father made.
Both are great in telling the tale of a man's journey which gives him multiple life lessons along the way. Both filled with action too.
