It's hard to say both these series are exactly related but both titles definitely reminds me one and vice versa after watching the episodes.
Both series are lighthearted with comedy, drama, and some emotions.
Both series has a likeable cast of characters of various personalities.
Both series gives off that slice of life feeling.
Both series' emotions includes joy, amusement, and sadness
Both series has friendship as one of its central themes.
All in all, both of these series are worth the time to watch. Give it a shot.
