These are both slice of life featuring girls in a crazy strange high school club that probably shouldn't exist. Humour often revolves around tsukkomi character responding to absurd dialogue.

A bunch of school girls do and say random funny stuff, and even have a club dedicated to that; both also have good boke-tsukkomi interactions (far heavier in Kitaku-bu Katsudou Kiroku).
Triumph of nonsense, but still cute. Some slice of life animes are about girls doing random things; these two have in common girls saying random things. Funny and unexpectable. Cute and random.
Yuyushiki and Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku both put their cast in a club that does nothign where they proceed to spend the whole day messing around, making jokes, and accomplishing nothing of importance.
Yuyushiki is another slice of life comedy featuring a group of high school girls in a club where screwing around seems to be the top priority. In both series, one level-headed protagonist tries to make sense of the random actions of her crazy friends, but usually ends up going along for the ride or reacting with extreme shock for comedic effect.
Despite some similarities in character personalities and comedy, there are drastic differences in art style, however.
