Both are slow paced, episodic, and have a "feel good" theme. They both take place in a "hole in the wall." While Bartender explains how to make the drink, Isekai doesn't explain how the dish was made.
I would say the two most similar animes for this would be Bartender and Shokugeki no Souma.
Bartender and this anime has a lot of similarities and I mean A LOT.
The attitudes of both masters of the restaurants/bar have pretty much the same attitude. Humble, respectful, and a level of professionalism.
The music taste is also similar.
The general feel of awe is the same.
The biggest differences are the comedy elements of each character and the fantasy-based theme of Isekai Shokudou vs. supposedly a more realistic theme in Bartender.
Now for the similarities and differences compared to Shokugeki no Souma.
The food looks amazing in both animes.

Both shows follow a picaresque with the main focus changing each time but with 2 main character to cheer on (much like Bartender), both are about food and drink becoming the main draw of the show to bring people into the story. It differs from Bartender as it becomes more about who the character in general rather. Restaurant to Another World is still quite a complex world (or worlds I should say) but using the raw concept of fantasy and bring it all together. It's a little bit more faster paced than Bartender but think of it as Ryuu's older cousin opened a Restaurant.
