There was a time I thought I disliked the horror genre, but then I found series like Zombie-Loan and Ghost Hunter, which taught me there is more to the genre than just the scare factor. Both series for example have characters I found myself falling in love with, yet I also felt more compelled to chills from the psychological torment of seeing a beloved character potentially come to harm. These series taught me the draw of Horror isn't in the gore, but the feeling.
