Bothe anime have a similar tone and one could summarise both of their plots at once:
An isekai in a game world where the main cast consist of a small group of young people that are disproportionaly powerful. After making friends, getting used to the world and overcoming some early chellanges, they find themseves in the center of an evil plot that threatens the entire region.
Apart from that, the actual worlds and dynamics are quite different.
