So, there's this large-chested girl whose father got mysteriously killed by some mysterious people, which sets her off on a roaring rampage of revenge. Cleavage and retro, seizurey fight scenes ensue. If you like ridiculous, over-the-top, fanservicey (and fandisservicey) shenanigans, then this is what you've been waiting for your whole life.
Similar artistic designs, R-rated costumes, loaded Japanese humor, and hilarious superpower stunts.
Kill la Kill was basically a retread of Re: Cutie made by some of the same people. Some of the characters were new and interesting, but the artstyle, action, and humor were just watered-down RCH.
Watch Re: Cutey honey if you want to see a better, shorter Kill la Kill (or if you're a fan of Imaishi, Anno, or Go Nagai).

Hiroyuki Imaishi worked on both (though he created KLK and only directed the first episode of RCH) they both have somewhat similar stories and similar views on clothing (though RCH is more making jokes and being sexy for fun while KLK is making a thematic point with it).
I'm sure RCH somewhat inspired KLK anyway.
There's amount of obvious similarities , Like weird art style , action scences , and a lot of ecchi , also both main character seek revenge
Kill la Kill is literally a retread of Re: Cutie Honey
Artistically speaking it's the same show
It got girls fighting in some suggestive clothes plus lots of random comedy and a very memorable soundtrack
Because it's fun and short, you should give it a try.
Vibrant and over-the-top ecchi action anime. The main character is basically a magical girl who transforms her clothes in questionable ways. The protagonist is searching for the person who killed her father in order to avenge him.
It's not secret that Kill la Kill is a retread of Re: Cutey Honey. Many of the same staff worked on both, including director Hiroyuki Imaishi, and it greatly shows, with their unconventional take on magical girls, high amounts of nudity, general tongue in cheek tone, bombastic action, similar visual style and of course the yuri, any fan of either is sure to love the other.
