Both give you new angle to look at life and also gives us a lot of life lesson the reason I love these both is because of they depict how your life can change because entry of even 1 person
Oregairu and FB don't have a lot in common, however, they take life, and the events that happen in them, and in some way learn along with their peers of what you should really have going for yourself at times.
With Oregairu using Hachiman's objections to the general convention, which leads him to side with Yukino in an attempt to fix him up. FB is just an average setup of a supernatural drama that has a ridiculous powerful tone to it. In honesty, both anime are pretty strong in what they present, giving them a unique vibe radiated off of each.
Both are pretty good "romance" anime
