MCs from both series are filled with resentment and hatred as a result of them being ostracised. They are rude and unapproachable young men who have their own way of doing things and seeing the world around them. And yet, they are both dependable and (deep inside) kind, so they help people around them.

Theyre obviously not that similar. Only the main characters are. The main male characters are treated scornly at at the start. If you're masochistic like me, and like to relate to characters that were discriminated by peers and learn to work their way out of prejudice, or accept his surroundings and play as the antagonist, then these two are the perfect animes for you. I LOVE THEM BOTH SO FREAKING MUCH (i love oregairu better tho). Both of them are my one of my favourites of all time. 🔥🔥🔥
