First off let's talk about the differences. First off Gj-Bu is in a school life anime which shows harem but doesn't involve romance unlike beezlebub-jou no okinimesu mama which includes romance and no harem in a work/government workplace. next is the art. Gj bu uses a typical art style with normal shading with its own design while beezlebub-jou no okimesu uses light colors and has 3 or 2 colors of shade to bring/show a bright and happy feeling.
