Both anime has a male and female character with chuunibyou or used to have chuunibyou. In Oreshura, the male is embarrassed of it whereas in Inou-Battle, the male is proud of it and vice-versa for the female characters.
The romance is really similar in how the main girls has feelings for the male protagonist. Additionally, Oreshura is a harem and contains a bit of ecchi whereas Inou-Battle doesn't. Instead, Inou-Battle has supernatural aspects.
Anyways, the series both give me very similar impressions!
Both have a MC male who is Chuunibyou and has a harem (or harem situation)
"Inou- battle" however has real super powers and action in it, where as "Ore no Kanojo" foucuses more on the harem and "romance" in it.

Both contain a group of likable female falling in love with the mc. This is not done in a typical familiar fashion that harem shows used before. Instead, they use the stereotypical story with out of the box methods resulting in hilariously good time. If you love one of them, the other is a must watch

Both feature an unproductive high school club with only one male student as a club member. Other members of the club slowly get attached to the male student romanticly which creates drama and conflict among them.
