The most passionate. Eizouken and Chuunibyou both follow extremely passionate MCs with a real eager attitude presented towards what they love.
Though plots differ, Eizouken's Asakusa and Chuunibyou's Rikka are both inspired by interested in anime and chuunibyous respectively, so much so that they both take up the adventure of spending time doing what they love for a bigger goal at hand.
Both anime are very good comedies with Eizouken being dubbed the love letter to anime, whilst Chuunibyou questions the difference between delusions and reality.
