Both are historical adventure series based on acclaimed manga series that while action packed and goofy, are not afraid to get violent and bloody. The heroes in both are daring and clever (Sugimoto is essentially a synthesis of Jonathan and Joseph), and the villains in both are crazy insane.

Golden Kamuy and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure are both shows about manly men doing manly things and they take place in the late 19th and early 20th century. While Jojo and Golden Kamuy are mostly serious stories the two contain hilarious and goofy scenes. Finally the characters are also very similar. The protagonist(s) of each show (Jonathan and Joseph for Jojo and Sugimoto for GK) are clever strategists and like I said previously are very manly. And as for the antagonist, Tsurumi and DIO, they are both purely evil entities that are detestable in every way and that fact kind of makes them interesting.

Golden Kamuy is very similar to Jojo. I`ll explain you why.
First, Sugimoto (The Maincharacter of Golden Kamuy) is basically Jotaro from Jojo Part 3. He also does his pose on the cover of the first season. Both shows have a similar humour, and contain many jokes. Also, their stories are almost the same. MC and friends defeat many different enemies to find the main villain. (Ik, many shonen anime are like this but Jojo and Golden Kamuy really stand out of most of them).
Golden Kamuy is a must for every dojo fan.
They have both smiliar humor snd characters so watch both.
