both are really good fighting anime that go crazy and they both have big buff men beating each other up
Both prominently feature well crafted adrenaline rushing fight scenes.
Both have a distinct art style with their own stylistic endeavor.
Both have authors that have a bizarre infatuation with real life and can get inspiration from literally fucking anything.
Overly masculine men destroying each other with fists of fury and special techniques. The character designs are also somewhat similar, and the overall hype you feel during the fights is the same. JoJo's does have more story elements than Baki though, so if you're looking for Baki, but with more story and over the top characters, look no further than JoJo's.

both series have strong muscular men fighting in batshit insane yet hilariously creative ways. Revelling in the inherent silliness of their story/fights to create a real entertaining time
Both are some of the funniest shows I have ever watched and they are also some of the most manly out there
