JoJo is the gold (platinum?) star standard when it comes to things likely to be referenced to by chuunibyou characters, and Inou-battle is no exception.
Whilst I wouldn't recommend Inou-battle to JoJo lovers, but I do think anyone who's watched Inou-battle without watching/reading JoJo should correct that life-error immediately. You must have missed so many references...
