Though you can see very little similarities among the animes you can fetch little sparks of recognition in them.
For example, one of the main characters are foxes. To the female main characters adds love-sick somewhat annoying stalker-ish persona.
Now the big difference or one of the many are: first, one is a teenager the other a kid. Second, one is a daity the other just got herself a new family. And the rest of them just adds up to the ones just named.

With a supernatural environment, our both white-haired main guys are fox spirits taking care of our main girl which in Kamisama Hajimemashita is a highschool girl and also a deity, and in Gugure! Kokkuri-san is a elementary school little girl who thinks she's a doll. While in Gugure! there's no romance, at least not between the main characters, in Kamisama there is. With a few differences, at least both have the same premise, the hot guys protecting the main girl, a lot of comedy, funny side characters and a slightly relaxing story to watch.
Both have fox spirits (and both are kind of about spirits), and the fox spirits look/act alike. Also the fox spirits take care of the human in both animes. (and ofcourse both animes have good sense of humour)
First of all , the main boy character is a fox . Both foxes that are EXTREMELY attractive . Second , there's competition between a fox and his rival; a snake and a dog . Kamisama Hajimemashita - Mizuki always comes between Tomoe and Nanami . Gugure Kokkuri-san - Inugami will always interrupt a sweet moment between Kokkuri and Kohina . I really liked both shows , you should give it a try .
Both anime start with the main character meet the fox spirit. There are some difference how the story goes on but still have comedy theme story in both series.

-a kind, helpful and handsome fox spirit
-another ayakashi that gets on his nerves
-a girl that gets wrapped up in the spirit world
Kamisama has more romance however whilst gugure has none, though gugure is funnier. Overall both have a very similar energy
