Similar vibe. Our main cast has a bar hangout just like in K. Gangs who possess supernatural powers. Power struggle with other gangs over territory. Lots of characters who are very close. Action packed and add some comedy from time to time. Talented voice actors can be heard in both series. For example Fukuyama Jun and many more.

Similar set-up: there is a crew that hangs out at a bar and a police group that monitors/interacts with them. In both, there are a multitude of interesting characters that have distinct styles and personalities, while some of them have special powesr. The art in both anime are gorgeous and the music selection is pleasant as welll.
However, Hamatora has a bit more comic relief and is focused more-so on a sole group. Overall, both animes suprisingly have not only stylish art, but also an engaging storyline. Time will tell if where Hamataro goes from here! (Also, Anime-Koi subs both

The anime have "gangs" or clans, who have special abilities to help the world or destroy them. They all stay in one corner with their team mates and attack, and they are also against another clan.
Both are colorful supernatural action anime, with decent underlying storylines.
The animes play in rather realistic citys and the characters are kind of similar.
