Both anime, though set in completely different settings, have some very similar elements:
-dense main character
-love triangle
-same love triangle dynamics (you'll see when you watch them)
-main character aims to round up a motley crew
-lots of internal conflicts
-good dose of comedy
-quite a bit of crying
-stuff about family
-paying tribute to Japanese culture, history and traditions
-beautiful art
-beautiful music
-both are unfinished :'(
-both are really awesome!!
