Both island battle animes. Very similar in their own right and I got the same feeling watch Btooom that I did Dr. Stone. Dr. Stone is a bit more awesome though in my opinion but both are worth the watch if you liked either one.

Both animes have a similar battle royale feeling except Btooom uses bombs, and Dr.Stone uses science. Both have characters with different backgrounds and complicated relationships teaming up or trying to kill each other to survive. Both have MC's who thinks "we should all work together", and struggles to try to achieve this. Both have things don't always working out as expected or hoped.
I would say Dr.Stone is the superior anime, and Btooom has the more atrocious characters and casual body count. Dr.Stone for a fun time and learn about science, and Btooom for a casual video game-like experience you don't have to think too much
