A wacky cast slapped together for what will probably be the most eventful time of their lives at school. Sakurasou and Monthly Girls both follow some sane protagonist in their pairing of the multiple oddballs' different aspirations to the different things they wish to pursue.
Sakurasou however is a bit more diverse in this matter, actually having characters with different dreams take up their steads to try to reach said position, in comparison to the one mangaka Nozaki trying to make a new manga in an equally zany school.
