Identical tech, worlds, themes
Also similar antagonists who “break the system” being undetectable to their way of finding criminals
Crime Coefficient = Intent to Kill
Enforcers = Mizuhanome Pilots
Dominators = Wakumusubi
List goes on. They are near identical shows!
Both female protagonists are similar. They both are not the annoying obsessed with the goody two shoes type justice. They don’t look down on their seniors who are (latent)criminals. They both are always very positive and friendly and pretty much never act afraid no matter what happens. They might first come off as being simple or weak but then surprise those people with their mental strength, dedication, and knowledge.
Both shows have a male lead who is a criminal ("murderer"/"latent criminal"). And that male lead is a senior to the female protagonist and has been demoted from being a detective/police officer to a criminal used

Sci-fi society where psychological motivations and drives can be measured with technology and a police unit using these tools to catch criminals without becoming criminal themselves.
Both shows focus on detectives that use crime detecting technology to hunt murderers. The violence and gore of the crimes are on full display. Depictions of futuristic tech are entertaining and creative.
One main character is an ex-detective that fell on the wrong side of law after a case got too personal. He now helps out his former colleagues by doing the "dirty" part of the work, despite being treated as a criminal himself. He has a rocky relationship with his former colleague/friend who leads the team of detectives.
The other is a young woman who is unusually adept at mentally dealing with heinous crime. She

-Sci-fi society where psychological/criminal drives can be measured with technology and is enforced by a special unit of police force.
-Great female leads who question the system.
-Use of criminals to assist in solving crimes.
-The human unconscious is the key to solve crimes.
-People put a lot of trust in a system that is shrouded in mystery.
-Psycho Pass leans more on philosophy while ID is more psychology.
(in my opinion)
:Psycho pass:
-Is more focused on the human will.
-Can a computer determine everything about us?
-What sort of criteria is used to determine whether people are good or evil?
-Would we want to live in a society without free will?
-Doesn't

These two shows are similar because they are tied to the concept of the human mind. In both shows the unconscious is the key to solve crimes, which are measured by how corrupt or messy it is. The protagonists of both series start to question the system

Id Invaded is very similar to psycho pass in a lot of ways : The plot, The settings and it's part of the same genre. Id Invaded has a realy unique concept (The Mizuhanome System); the anime contains a lot of mind games wich are not incredible in my opinion but just fine. Overhaul it's a pretty good show so if you'r a fan of Psycho pass you'll probably enjoy this.

Both are about high tech crimefighting and use the mindset of criminals as a basis for it.
Both of the anime:
- Revolve around criminals participating in solving crimes while being supervised by "the good guys."
- Have a strong willed female main character
- Are set in a sci-fi society
- Use specialized technology as a means to identify criminals
The main difference between the two shows is the Psycho-Pass deals more with morals while Id:Invaded deals with the psychology side of things.

Psycho-pass and Id:Invaded are two rather similar futuristic animes about the police using software and criminals to hack into people's subconsciousness and solving/preventing crimes form happening. Other similarities include:
-the male lead (Kougami/Sakaido) is a criminal who has been wronged by the system
-the female lead (Akane/Koharu) is a naive rookie detective but who grows in confidence as the show goes on
-the antagonists in both has their identity hidden for large chunks of the runtime, but manipulates others to do their will
-the plot revolves around the detectives enlisting criminals to solve the crimes of other criminals
-in both there is something sinister behind the technology that allows

What better way to catch a criminal than with a criminal? These have both "solved crime" in one way or another by mysterious scientific means and really blur the line of free will. Detective work in a futuristic era, but with a catch. I also liked how serious and philosophical they both were and focused around an adult cast of characters.
