Although these two series are not super similar, I find I recommend Bungou for Psycho-pass lovers because it provides some of the same thrills of detective work that Pyscho-pass brings. There are very few detective shows in anime that I enjoy, however I enjoyed both of these because of the thrill they provide.

Both anime has detectives as the protagonists and are trying to solve cases. This anime uses their magic abilities to stop crime instead of the non-lethal Dominators.

Looking for some action pack series? With good plots and has a sequel season? Well Bungo Stray Dogs and Psycho Pass are here for you. Stray dogs is a well written plot with mixed comedy. And some heartstopping actions and suprising plot twists. And here goes Psycho Pass. One of the best action animes out there. This anime is a hype and serious one. Set in a near future era. The heavy plots and actions, characters, damn. Try both, you'll not regret it.

Both are dark noirish themed stories with a focus on mystery solving and lots of action in it as well too.

Although its a bit darker, the idea of detectives is the same and they both have a very good animation style as well.
Both of the series bases on removing Evil from the roots of society.
