Both are sword and sorcery parodies using the same comedic formula: lecherous asshole MC, pink haired under clad and over abused slave girl, raunchy quests. They were released same year within a few weeks. Both are tagged hentai, but with a little leniency could pass as ecchi.
Main differences: Dragon pink is somewhat more explicit (shows actual penetration, Rance does not), the adventurer party has more members, the characters are less developed, and production values (animation in particular) are inferior.
In a nutshell, Dragon Pink is the uglier and dumber twin sibling of Rance, separated at birth.
