Both are action military anime that take the protagonists all over the globe, and deal heavily with weapons, politics and terrorism. Koko and Froylatia are also very alike- they have white hair, dress similarly, are the leaders of the respective teams and to top it all they share the same seiyuu (Shizuka Ito). However, Koko is a lot crazier than Froylatia, while being a lot friendlier at the same time.
Jonah and Havia are also both voiced by Micah Solusod and are the deuteragonists of their respective series, though personality-wise they are very different.
Imo, "Jormungand" is better, with better music, characters and action.
