they just have the same same atmosphere and light hearted fun fell about them, while acchi kocchi is better in my opinion i have watched both at least 3 time.
both totally worth watching
Same kind of relaxing atmosphere and similar kind of comedy.
The art also looks similar. Both of them also have a character who is very clueless about the world seems to be very innocent and not to bright either. It focuses on a group who is very close to each other and they also care very much for everyone in there group.

Colorful, all around funny but with no exact plot except love/relationships. Each episode keeps you laughing and wanting more.

Genres of school, comedy and slice of life which are the same as Yuyushiki. Characters are cute and the show only has 12 episodes.
