Well for starters I love Kyo from FB and the guy from KwM looks similar. There's romance and light humor. ^_^ Same good romantic feeling.

Both actually about nothing and both have the same not satisfying romances. Boredom if you want to see a little bit of passion.

They both have an adorable romance that goes on throughout the anime and both have beautiful art which really caught my attention for kaichou wa maid-sama. They both have the same amount of episodes so it isn't large series but still very adorable. Also, the comedy in both of them are just the best, really one of the best anime's I've ever watched.
