Somehow when I was watching La Corda, it gave me Fruits Basket vibes. I guess it's the pace of the storytelling and the kind of mystery behind certain characters that made me feel nostalgic (I watched Fruits Basket when I was 12 or 13). You could call both the series reverse harem too.

Their theme are similar: a girl surrounded by boys. This girl helps others to improve and to be better than before.
Fruits basket has a really unique plot (which is about Zodiac characters and curse) while La Corda is about the music. Both are nice and worth to watch.
Although "Oran high school" and "Special A" have also the same genre: reverse harem" but the dialogs and character design in "La corda" and "Fruit basket" are far better. They are touching and deep.
I loved them.
