Both series revolves around the main protagonist gaining the power of magic and his life like never been before. He meets a strange girl who seems to have affections for him.
Both series contain fantasy, comedy, drama, action, and of course romance. Both series' protagonists also have similar personalities.
The concept of these two great shows are completely different - one having magic and alternate universes, and the other having gods and slaying them - however the style of character development, flow of the story, and of course the humour is very similar. Both of these two shows are harem, and it is obvious which heroine the main character will end up with. Unlike many other harems, the main male characters in these shows end up with one female.

Both shows are romance fantasies centered around magic.
Both series notably feature European culture with, both shows also prominently featuring a romance language: French in the case of Zero no Tsukaima, and Italian in the case of Campione!.
Both shows are harems, albeit with a "main girl". Lots of kissing in both shows as well.
