Anime are similar, because they say the same, namely the conquest of Japan by Oda Nobunaga. What is interesting in both anime characters they are moved from the future to the Sengoku period. Both history are stretched to some degree, but keeping historical range.
Difference is gender, because "Ode Nobuna no Yabou" are replaced by male characters to female.
