A group of teenager struggle to save their friend(s) from the complex problem they had. Iori's and Kakeru's problem are a bit similar (their parent issue, which indirectly affected their life). Both school anime with a lot of drama. If you enjoyed one, try the other one!

Kokoro Connect has, like Orange, a colorful group of characters all in a school friend group. While Orange's focus is mainly about saving Kakeru, Kokoro Connect is mainly about this group of 5 friends coming closer with each challenge that an otherworldly being has put them up to.
They both have their fair share of adorable, cutesy moments, leaving you to ship at your desire. Not to mention it's excellent drama and comedic bits too.
Every character is well fleshed-out,
Watch if you adored the School-Romance, Social-Drama and 'love and friendship grow stronger' elements that Orange had.
The element of friendship with deep wave of drama, that will leave you crying, is a great similarity of the two animes

Friendship development feels the same, with shit having a lot to take into at least from the beginning to the third episode.
- Same atmosphere *suspense*
- Secrets slowly being opened and hidden
- Excitement and bonds between both shows kinda feel the same :3
