They both have the same amount of Yuri and action except one is a more serious anime while the other was more of an excchi based franchise. However, both exhibit the same warrior shoujo who fights for justice.
Similarities:
Both have the same, josie, advnture, fantasy, action and ecchi genre.
Both involves the same main female characters who gets sexually abused.
Both also involves the main female character leading a posse of fighting vixens against a higher authority.
Both also involves the same main female character whom where once a member of the nobility but now have to fight in order to survive.
Both has the same amount of quas-ihentai in it, where it can rage from self pleasure to sadistic acts.
Dissimilarities:
QB:R was set in some fantasy land where chicks with attitude and who are in heat rules. CA:TRR is set in some futuristic land

Both have the same action, shoujo, fantasy, magic, yuri and ecchi genre, also both have the same quasi-hentai thingy that we guys would love. Except Queen Blade: Rebellion was set more on a medieval setting while Cross Ange: Tenshi to Ryuu no Rondo was set in some futuristic time where magic and science where combine. However when it comes to that almost-hentai thingy, in Queen's Blade, the girls there where more like pleasuring themselves, while in Cross Ange has abit of that sadistic thing in it where girl banging girl may take place........in my opinion.
Note: Recommendation is subject for updating or I may delete it depending how "Cross Ange" does in upcoming episodes.
Both have the same plot where it involves girls who have to fight to survive and it also has the same female MC who has to fight more to live and possible to regain her honor, however both anime may have the same amount of provocative scenes that boys will howl for, except for one which really does have such provocative scenes.
