The pace and feel of the gag is very similar. It's short little stories like saiki but put in a full episode
These anime are similar in so many ways.
1. They are both focused on comedy very strongly and try making the viewer laugh. And they both succeed with it.
2. They are both divided in short stories that are mostly independent. Saiki has only 4-minutes per Episode. Danshi has a 20-minute episode divided in 3-4 short stories. So the length of one story in the anime are about the same what makes these two animes so similar.
3. Those two anime tell just about the daily lifes of schoolboys and a psychic. There is no major plot.

You should watch this whenever your bored this definitely make you laugh, There main Points in Here is The Comedy, it may be an average Humor but you could enjoy watching it while it progressed.

Both are comedy shows with a large cast in a school setting, with short snippets every episode revolving around a different joke.
Both shows focus primarily on life of High School boys and the challenges/comedic moments that they go through. They are also both broken up into mini shorts in each show so it is very easy to watch. Both have great laugh out loud scenes and are great watches whenever you are in the mood for some great comedy!
Both Saiki. K and Daily Lives follow a very simple storyline with over the top unoriginal characters that hide no shame in being unoriginal. They are flawlessly genius comedy series portraying the realistic side of high school (although Daily Lives is focused almost entirely on males while Saiki focuses on male and female). Putting aside the hilarity of Saiki's psychic abilities both shows give off a very similar vibe that you can't find elsewhere.
Both are High School comedy animes. Both have emphasis on school but Saiki does 50/50 school and outside school. Saiki is more supernatural as he has psychic powers while Danshi is just normal.
