They both have segmented partly continues story telly format. And are both ridiculously funny. They also focus on one gender but still don't completely exclude the other.
Both anime share a similar style, mostly cutting into different scenes or comedic topics one after another, and neither have actual plot. Both share a high school setting.
After watching 1st episode I had a similar feeling to Daily Lives of High School Boys. Both anime's are concentrating on slice of life with a comedy/parody genre. Definitely not as funny as Daily Lives of High School Boys, but the idea is similar. Just this time it's about girls. Actually it's only about girls.
Another reason why it looks similar is that there isn't any real plot and the episodes are split into few different parts.
