I mean, obviously you can tell the similarities: Harem, forced plot, dislikable main heroines, fanbases that will get triggered after reading this, etc.

Male lead have same harem situation,school life,and risking life for date.
Not as ecchi-intensive as DxD but is a decent enough harem with nice girls and multiple seasons if you are looking for a harem comedy to watch
Great fanservice and an excellent story to boot...

If you like the ecchi genre of High School DXD, you were going to like that of Date A Live and To Love Ru.
The strength of these works is the complexity of writing that the characters receive from the author.
All the characters are endearing, with stories that reinforce the main plot while highlighting the complicity between all the characters, but above all the characters are never neglected by the author whether they are the protagonist or a secondary character.

Its like a non ecchi version of High School DXD, that i found very much interesting .
People who loved high school dxd or who wanted a non ecchi type of it , I would recommend "Date A Live".
