Searching for more crazy love triangle/polygon/whatever? Then check Ano Natsu de Matteru. Both shows are about a group of teenagers living their summer with each other and experiencing feelings of friendship and love. Some characters really resemble each other as well, and it's hard to know who to root for when there's so many lovable people involved.
Characters are very similar and all quirky and lovable. Both have cool Sci-fi elements and both are during a summer with similar themes. Both shows have tons of possible shippings and love pentagons and other shapes. lol.
Also Kanna from Ano Natsu de Matteru and Chidori from Kiznaiver are bassically the same character xD

While the plots of both series are dissimilar, both share a connection through the portrayal of the characters in a love pentagon (what even?) and the depiction high emotions that coincide with growing up and experiencing trauma. I personally believe they also share a rather homogeneous art-style. Both of these are rated highly in my opinion.
