Both are seinen school comedies. Both are gag based and has some random situations. Both have similar art style. Acchi Kocchi is more romantic.
I'd recommend mostly based off of them both being moe shows. They also have a very light feeling to them making them easy to just breeze through watching them. I'd also recommend Kill Me Baby for those of you who had watched Acchi Kocchi because that's how I found Kill Me Baby, a friend recommended it to me when I brought up Acchi Kocchi. For Kill Me Baby, you do kinda have to push through the beginning a little, or at least I did. Once I got to episode three my interest for the next episode started compounding on itself.
