I'm surprised no one recommend HxH for this series, Jojo is all about battle of wits, if you want to feel the same experienced as this series, obviously it'd be HxH, and a little bit of spoiler, the new arc of HxH manga has a lot of Jojo reference from this part.

both have supernatural powers and gangster style, not especificaly similar to the whole but jojo golden wind and yorkshin arc in HxH, and both have unique and original skill system
Both have great battles and interesting villains that often outshine the protagonists.

Both shows are colorful and supernatural/fantastical, with varied powersets that are explained fairly well in-universe. This part of JJBA also has themes of friendship and loyalty (and minimal weirdness compared to the others), so it ties quite well to HxH. If you like a good tragic backstory, this will GET you lol.
