Ushio to Tora and Hunter x Hunter are two well-crafted Shounen and Adventure works that share a few interesting similarities. Main characters are underage boys who were abandoned by one of their parents as little kids. After gaining some kind of power they travel around lots of places to find their lost parents as well so they can know the reasons for leaving them behind. As they travel, lots of obstacles, murderous beasts and dangers appear in front of their eyes. Both are very episodic in fights and character development. Plus if you enjoy a simple story turned epic, both are good watches--HxH moreso if you have the time to invest 151 episodes
Hunter x Hunter and Ushio to Tora share a very similar atmosphere, they both can be funny while keeping a serious and dark atmosphere at the same time, with a very similar humor, not to mention that they have ALMOST identical character personalities and goals, and they share a similar art, animation and colors as well.
They're both well made action adventurous supernatural Shounen animes, so if you liked one, you'll definitely like the other.
