Similar "Powerful girls" feeling involving a hothead and a tranquil individual who get along so well it almost suggests to yuri. The also both work for much larger & powerful organizations that they end up leaving later in the series to find "true justice". They are both in a slightly dystopian future with major power struggles and where technology and cyber enhancements reach a point that seems natural. Also they both have an indirect ecchi theme throughout with the outfits and camera angles. Both shows have a focus on girls with esper abilities, in combat fighting for the greater good. The main duo in each has two characters with somewhat opposed personalities but they stick together with an almost yuri-like fondness.
Apart from saving one another from various episodic bad guys, both shows have an overarching storyline of high level government corruption which they fight against. The worldbuilding feels similar, in the way it's somewhat future dystopian under the guise of a well functioning society.
Additionally they were both produced by the same studio, two years apart, and sharing many of the same production staff.
