About weapons being manifested via souls solidifying into a state that represents a weapon of some sort. Although I've only seen episode 1 of absolute duo, it seems like a promising 7/10 or 8/10 anime series where guilty crown is a 9/10 or 10/10

Both of them revolve around the ability to conjure weapons from one's soul, with each one taking a different shape depending on the person. In both cases, the weapon reflects a certain aspect of their personality. The difference is that in "Guilty Crown", only the male lead Shu has this ability, while in "Absolute Duo", all the main characters have it.
The two main characters in general are quite similar to one another. Shu and Tor look very much alike, having really similar hairstyles and school uniforms, as well as very similar tragic backstories, and while Inori and Julie couldn't be more different appearance-wise, they DO
