Both are great Dramas with multiple girls liking the MC. Both MC's are outcast from most of their classmates for either wanting to keep cats in the school dorms where it is strictly prohibited or because their hair makes them look like a delinquent. Both find peace and tranquility... cough cough, that's what they were hoping but no, they both end up with madness all around them.
Difference is in Sakurasou, the MC makes up his mind between the girls whereas in Tomadachi he doesn't
The animes are both around a group of "outcasts" and their adventures. Also, they both feature a love triangle although, romance isn't a big theme.
