Both are very short, have high school girls, and are totally hilarious and random.

Same length, packed with absurd comedy and the two feature some mild ecchi. Teekyuu, however, is filled with more seasons when compared to Plastic Neesan.

Short episodes of insane girls belonging in the same high-school club, but doing (literally) anything other than club activities.
Both are short anime that feature a group of female students in a school club who rarely engage in their actual club activities, with random and surreal humor.

They are both gag anime’s that revolve around the humorous lives of high school lolis who often get into hilarious, lighthearted, and sometimes dramatic scenarios. Both shows also feature a little bit of fanservice and loads of silly-laden humor including comical satire. Episodes length and duration in both are super short enough. Let’s say if you finish 12 episodes of one, it’d literally be just 1 episode and if you finish another one at the same day which is a similar length, then that equals 2 episodes. If you are looking for a randomly unusual anime then check both of these two out.
