It may sound like a long shot , but these animes are really similar. In both of them the main focus is romance, strong female lead , and charming/sexy/ dangerous male one. The differences is that in Kaichou wa Maid -sama we have one super cool guy and here we have four. Don't worry though we still have happy ending, only with the difference that in Kaichou wa maid sama it's clear with who , and in Hana yori Dango it takes some time :) But I am 100 % sure that if you liked Kaichou wa Maid sama you will like Hana Yori Dango

Hana Yori Dango is a much older anime than Kaichou wa Maid-sama and the art is quite outdated, however it is very similar to Maid-sama. The main female protagonists are both strong-willed characters who are new to love. The main male protagonists in each series are both rich boys who get kicks out of messing with the female leads. The male lead in Hana Yori Dango is more annoying than Usui and is a little dumb at times, but he becomes more likable throughout the series. It also takes some time to figure out who exactly the main male lead will be in Hana Yori
